Shipping

All prices include standard ground shipping. Rush or expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping to and from Shoebox Albums any and all scanned items will be paid for by the customer.

Return & Exchange

Early order termination: If you require your deposit back and no work has begun on your album, you will receive your deposit back 100%. However, if your album has been started, no refund will be issued.

Due to the custom nature of all our albums we are unable to accept returns. This excludes scanning services, all scanning services must be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund, however, we reserve the right to address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

If, upon receiving your product, you find an error or flaw, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product and we will investigate the problem. If the flaw is at the fault of Shoebox Albums, your product will be repaired or replaced, as per the circumstances. If you contact us after 14 days of receiving your product, we reserve the right to address the concerns on a case-by-case basis. You may not be eligible for an exchange.

Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders (including any taxes imposed on your orders and purchases, including, but not limited to, applicable shipping fees, sales, use or value-added taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Fees charged for goods and services may change at any time without advanced notice.

Privacy

First and foremost, we will never share your information or images without your consent. We may ask you for your permission to use your images or album for promotional purposes. When you make a purchase through the site, we collect or receive certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, some payment information (not including your credit card number), email address, phone number, communication logs and uploaded images. We will never sell your information.

Finally, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Customer Agreement

Once you've placed an order with Shoebox Albums, it is the customer's responsibility to perform a final check on spelling, dates and other copy issues. This is a custom item and the customer is responsible for proofing the content of the album before the final version is sent to print. Any errors found in the file after approval is given will not result in a refund, additional complimentary revisions, or complimentary reprints. However, if the flaw is at the fault of Shoebox Albums or an error in shipping, your product will be repaired or replaced, as per the circumstances. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your album if you have any issues.

Right to Termination

Shoebox Albums has a strict policy of zero tolerance for hate, violence, racism, sexism, anti-semitism, islamophobia, homophobia, xenophobia, transphobia and any other forms of discrimination or bigotry. If at any point during the project's lifespan, we encounter any conversation, correspondence, photographs, captions or any other content that promotes or condones such attitudes, Shoebox Albums reserves the right to immediately terminate the project without any refund. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all clients and partners, and any form of hate or discrimination is incompatible with Shoebox Albums values.
