Halos Signature Package is specially catered to the families who have been faced with the tremendous and traumatic loss of a child. These albums can be a sacred place for families to visit their child any time. I take great care and passion in this work. I am here to help you honor your sweet child.
After learning more and more about Halo’s mission in supporting grieving families, I have structured these packages specifically with your families in mind. Custom Covers
You will receive a proof of your album with a custom cover design. If you would like to change to a more traditional font only on a material cover that is no trouble. Just let me know during the proofing process.
To get your order started, simply contact me directly. I'm the sole owner and designer, your email will go directly to me and I will respond with in 1-2 business days. After we meet over email or phone, I will send an invoice for the commitment deposit. Once that is paid, album design starts.
You may share your photos with me at any time using any of the methods listed here. For items that are not images, I suggest taking a photo as straight on as possible without shadows. These items are something like, important cards, letters, signs, certificates, stamped foot prints.
Design starts as soon as the commitment deposit is paid. I will send you 2-3 styles to choose from for your album. This includes, graphics, font choices and backgrounds. If there is a particular theme or something your child loved, I can design the theme around those items. For younger children, for an example, many families will want the theme to be the nursery theme or a beloved toy. This is where the completely custom design comes in. After 2-3 weeks of designing, I will send you the first proof where you may submit edits or approve your album.
The album is approved! Now the final invoice is submitted and paid. Once payment is received the album is then sent to print. You can expect to have your album in her hands within 5 business days. Once the album is received, families request for copies to be printed for other family members. You may email me at anytime for those copies. Cost varies on how many copies and the size of the original album.
The entire process from order submission to album in hands takes about 4-6 weeks. Rush is available for an additional cost.
Handcrafted from premium white oak with your choice of material options. Families can order a stand-alone box for their children’s keepsakes or order an album with a wooden box at a reduced rate. Box covers use the same options as the album material covers

In order to begin the design process and ensure a smooth workflow, I kindly request a deposit of $100. This deposit will serve as a commitment towards initiating the project and will be deducted from the final invoice upon completion.
